Mumbai: Corona panic has started again in the country. 92 cases of new variant of Covid KP.2 have been recorded in Maharashtra. The health department said on Monday that 51 cases have been detected in Pune.
20 cases of new corona virus Omicron subvariant KP.2 have been recorded in Thane. Of these, 7 cases each were found in Amravati, Chhatrapati Sambazi Nagar, 2 in Solapur and one each in Sangli, Latur, Ahmednagar and Nashik, State Genome Sequencing Coordinator, Dr Rajesh said.
Mumbai and Pune cities reported six new cases of Covid-19 on Monday, the health department said.
