Bengaluru: There is another good news for Puneeth Rajkumar fans. The state government has issued a gazette to name the outer ring road from Nayandahalli Junction to Vega City Mall on Bannerghatta Road after Karnataka Ratna Puneeth Rajkumar, and the naming ceremony of the road will be held on February 7.
In a press conference, Revenue Minister R. Ashoka, told Padmanabhanagar Atal Bihari Vajpayee Maidan will hold a program at 6 pm on that day and Chief Minister Basavaraja Bommai will inaugurate the name plate.
Actors Dr. Shivraj Kumar, Raghavendra Rajkumar and Puneeth’s wife Ashwini Puneet Rajkumar will be present in the program organized by BBMP.
Revenue Minister R. Ashoka, said that the Chief Minister will also unveil the logo of the 14th Bangalore International Film Festival to be held in March during the road naming program.
