Karnataka : Karnataka State Legal Services Authority and Human Rights and Anti-Corruption Forum- Hq Delhi conferred National Humanitarian Award-2022 to Journalist and Editor John Prem on 10-12-22 at Bengaluru. Mr.John Prem is also National Secretary in Human Rights and Anti Corruption Forum Hq-Delhi .
He has been selected for this award for the year 2022 and has been given this award considering his dedicated service in Social Service, Journalism, Legal Awareness Programs, Creating awareness about Covid during Covid-19, Providing food items, Mask, Sanitizer to the victims.
This program was organized on December 10 at SJR Law College, Bengaluru.
The program was inaugurated by retired Supreme Court Justice N Santosh Hegde ,Presided by Senior Civil Judge Mr. Purushotham M and the program was was conducted under the leadership of HRACF National President Dr.Mohan Rao Nalvade.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಕಾನೂನು ಸೇವೆಗಳ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾನವ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ ವಿರೋಧಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ- ನವದೆಹಲಿ, ಪತ್ರಕರ್ತರು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂಪಾದಕರು ಜಾನ್ ಪ್ರೇಮ್ ಅವರಿಗೆ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಮಾನವೀಯ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ-2022 ದಿನಾಂಕ 10-12-22 ರಂದು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು.
2022 ಸಾಲಿನ ಈ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಗೆ ಇವರನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಸಮಾಜ ಸೇವೆ, ಪತ್ರಿಕೋದ್ಯಮದಲ್ಲಿ, ಕಾನೂನು ಅರಿವು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳು, ಕೋವಿಡ್ 19 ರ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಕುರಿತು ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಮೂಡಿಸಿರುವುದು, ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತರಿಗೆ ಆಹಾರ ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿಗಳು,ಮಾಸ್ಕ್, ಸ್ಯಾನಿಟೈಸರ್ ನೀಡಿ ಸಮರ್ಪಿತವಾಗಿ ಸೇವೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿ ಈ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 10ರಂದು ಎಸ್ ಜೆ ಆರ್ ಲಾ ಕಾಲೇಜ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ನಿವೃತ್ತ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರುಗಳಾದ ಶ್ರೀ. ಎನ್ ಸಂತೋಷ್ ಹೆಗ್ಡೆ ರವರು ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿದರು. ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಹಿರಿಯ ಸಿವಿಲ್ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರು ಶ್ರೀ. ಪುರುಷೋತ್ತಮ್ ಎಂ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಯನ್ನು HRACF ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು ಡಾ|| ಮೋಹನ್ ರಾವ್ ನಾಲ್ವಡೆ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು.
