National Lok Adalat : 5 Couples Reunited in Tumkur Court -Karnataka

Tumkur: In various cases pending in the Tumkur district family court today, the district family court witnessed a rare incident where 5 couples reunited and exchanged garlands and fed each other sweets. In the cases pending in the family court in the Lok Adalat held today, there were minor grievances and differences between the couples, and out of the couples who had come to the court for alimony and divorce, the judges, mediators and lawyers from both sides reconciled them and sent them to the conclusion of their cases.

In one case, an elderly couple over 60 years of age had applied for divorce, and the judge appealed to the counsel and the client  closed the case.

The clients and the public who were present there expressed great appreciation for the work done in the court, and the work done by  Judges and lawyers.

Principal District and Sessions Judge KB Geetha, POSCO Court District and Sessions Judge Sandhya Rao P, Family Court 1st Additional Principal District Judge N. Muniraja and 3rd Additional Senior Civil Judges Irfan, Narasimhappa and lawyers were present on this occasion.
