Bengaluru: The Congress today held a protest march condemning petrol, diesel and gas prices. The protest led by KPCC president DK Shivakumar was attended by many leaders including opposition leader Siddaramaiah, BK Hariprasad, Ramalingareddy, Krishnabhairaigowda and KJ George.

Former Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah stated  Narendra Modi’s government has raised the price of essential commodities .

Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai on Monday hit back at the Opposition Congress over the issue of price hike. Speaking to the media, Bommai said the Congress has no moral right to protest against price rise. Prices of commodities were at its peak during the Congress rule in the country
